I am a Massage Therapy enthusiast who loves to help people gain relaxation through full body repair. I am from Valdosta, GA and have a bachelor's degree from Valdosta State University. I attended Heritage Institute for Massage Therapy school in Jacksonville, Fl, and have now followed my passion by becoming a Massage Therapist instructor. I am proficient in deep tissue and spa therapies such as hot stone, neuromuscular and body scrubs.
I have also had the privilege of working with some of the elite in Jacksonville, sch as the Jaguars, on the set of the Extreme Home Makeover, and local health fairs. My goal at the end of each session is for you to complete rejuvenation through various bodywork, stretches, and aromatherapy.
